The One World Order
1 The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. 2 The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. The dragon gave the beast his power and his throne and great authority. 3 One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The whole world was filled with wonder and followed the beast. 4 People worshiped the dragon because he had given authority to the beast, and they also worshiped the beast and asked, “Who is like the beast? Who can wage war against it?”
5 The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies and to exercise its authority for forty-two months. 6 It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven. 7 It was given power to wage war against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation. 8 All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.
9 Whoever has ears, let them hear.
10 “If anyone is to go into captivity,
into captivity they will go.
If anyone is to be killed with the sword,
with the sword they will be killed.”
This calls for patient endurance and faithfulness on the part of God’s people.

The 1st Beast in Revelation 13 is a Dreadful Beast Representing the Rebellious Final Generation Descended from Noah |
||
The beast I saw resembled a leopard, but had feet like those of a bear and a mouth like that of a lion. Daniel explained the passing of time to Nebuchadnezzar by describing and defining the king's dream of a statue made from metals of the earth. Daniel 2 This occurred when Daniel was a young man while in Babylonian captivity. In his later years, God gives Daniel a dream regarding the passing of time through world empires represented by wild beasts. Daniel's vision expands and enlarges his understanding regarding the previous vision given to the king of Babylon. Daniel 7
Most bible scholars agree that the lion represents Babylon, the bear represents Medo-Persia and the leopard represents Greece. There is a mention of a great and dreadful beast just before the coming of the Messiah. This great and dreadful beast has been identified by many bible scholars as Rome. However, I suggest that this dreadful beast is the last day New World Order. This global government includes and demands the cooperation of all the nations and consists of the final generation descended from these world empires Revelation 13. This does not deny Rome's role in any age, especially the last one.
The first beast in Revelation 13 is made up of the last day descendants of these nations. However, they are listed in reverse order because we are tracing the heritage of the final generation through their genealogy to locate their roots. Revelation 13:2 In Daniel, the lion rules first, then the bear followed by the leopard. Each of these nations represents all the people of the final generation as descendants from the sons and grandsons of Noah.
The leopard like people can trace their genealogy back to Japheth. The people with qualities represented by the bear can trace their genealogy back to Shem and Japheth. Finally, the lion like people can trace their genealogy back to Ham through Nimrod, the founder of Babylon. Since all three sons of Noah are represented, the message is that the beast consists of great, great, great, great, great. . ., Grandpa Noah's rebellious descendants of the final generation.
The final generation will be like the generation that built the Tower of Babel. They will desire to rule the planet under the influence of the prince of this dark world. This explains why the dragon (Satan) is standing on the seashore. He is beckoning his own to rise up out of the sea of people living during the final age. With this assembly of people, Satan plans to overcome and consume God's own. However, it is God's desire to save the whole world and has predetermined to save any that will resist the devil and heed the voice of God.
Noah came off the ark and offered sacrifices unto the Lord seeking divine favor upon himself and his progeny. Noah found favor in the sight of God. When the Lord breathed in the burnt offering, He covered the strong stench of dying flesh with His own sweet savor. He then offered blessings for Noah, his sons and his sons sons for all generations. When men, women and children see the rainbow (the physical manifestation of these promises), they stop for a moment and consider the glory of the heavens and ponder grand things. It offers the Spirit of God opportunity to speak to their minds and move their hearts. I pray that the hearts of the saints would be steadfast so the hearts of many would turn from evil and embrace their Godly heritage like Noah, their faithful forefather. Genesis 8-9 It is Satan's desire to rob us of the rich heritage God promised us through Noah; hold fast to the promises of God.
It had ten horns and seven heads, with ten crowns on its horns, and on each head a blasphemous name. . .One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. The heads represent seven blasphemous belief systems. How wonderful it would be if we could identify these seven belief systems and just by staying away from them, know that we are not part of the deception. Sadly, many will use this logic and will be deceived because of it. The number seven is like the number ten because they represent completeness. The number seven represents everything of a spiritual matter. These belief systems represent all the religions in the world.
There are certainly more than seven; however, all our current belief systems were spawned by primary religions practiced by previous generations. I believe our current belief systems can be divided into seven primary categories. Of those belief systems, five were revealed to the universe as impotent when they did not recognize Christ as the Desire of the Ages. At the time of John, a new religion came into existence and there would be one more to come. Revelation 17:6-11
One of the heads of the beast seemed to have had a fatal wound, but the fatal wound had been healed. Religion is born from man's best intentions and his innate desire to worship. However, once the majority of its adherents fail to maintain a relationship with the Creator God, any religion becomes vulnerable to the deceptions of Satan. The practioners of one of these seven religions has in the past been subdued by the other nations through war. However, it will raise its ugly head in the last days becoming a key player in the end times. This religion will blatantly promote hate. Satan hates. God loves and so do those that love God. 1 John 4:8
These heads are called kings in Revelation 17:9-11 because our belief system rules the mind influencing our thoughts and ideas. That is why Christ said we all must have a renewing of the mind. Romans 12:2 A nation's legal system will reflect the prevailing belief system and usually provides well only for the most powerful elite ignoring those considered common. This is true of all nations and is historically documented to be truth. The nations with the best government and the happiest people desire to provide a legal system that is unbiased regarding its citizenry despite the prevailing belief system. This is mankind's only opportunity for justice this side of Heaven.
The Creator God demonstrated mankind's right to rule over ourselves by giving our first father and mother dominion over the earth. Genesis 1:26-28 Through deception, Satan became the prince of this world. Genesis 3 He will continue to reign through lies and deceit until the last Adam 1 Corinthians 15:22, 45; Romans 5:17-21 and rightful prince comes to rescue mankind.
Satan is the anti-Christ and is the eighth king. Revelation 17:9-11 He will replace our devotion to these seven belief systems with his own blasphemous religion. The kings of the earth buy into this false religion proving this generation is much like the ones before. Through lies and deceit Satan will rule our entire world. There will not be a nation in the world that will not fall under his spell dismissing all of man's notions regarding spiritual matters. Satan's blasphemous religion is based upon hate. He will teach us to hate each other and God. Eventually, the world will discover the disillusion and will hate the religion and its founder, but it will be too late. Revelation 17:12-18 By the time they discover the truth, their hearts will have hardened and though their minds become enlightened, their heart will not turn to God even if we were still in the day of salvation. Revelation 16:10; 9:20
The dragon stood on the shore of the sea. And I saw a beast coming out of the sea. Students of the bible are intrigued by the beasts found in Revelation 13. Many have studied these words with the intent of identifying the beasts. There are many clues in these passages. The most helpful is the identification of the sea since it is the source of the first beast. The bible interprets that for us. In understanding apocalyptic language it is important to understand that God uses words in a literal way because we understand their initial meaning. He then builds on that by using the words we understand in a particular manner and uses them to simulate spiritual matters which are very difficult for us to understand. Therefore, when you see a word it will only mean one of two things--the literal meaning or the spiritual intent.
When you see water in the scriptures it will always mean a fluid liquid (H2O) or it will represent people under the influence of spirit. There are two influencing spirits in this world and water represents both of them. The Holy Spirit is like water because it washes, makes clean and gives life. People under the influence of the Holy Spirit have this life giving force flowing from their bodies benefiting mankind. John 7:37-39; Isaiah 12:3 People under the influence of the spirit of Satan are like a flood of water because it is raging and destructive. Revelation 12:15-16 This flood of ungodly men and women seek humanity's lowest point moving in a mob flowing to and fro driven by waves of fear. Revelation 17:1, 15; 2 Samuel 22:5; Psalm 18:4
The dragon, of course, is Satan. He is also the old serpent. Revelation 12:9 After being kicked out of Heaven, he comes to earth bent on destroying us all by deception and death. He stands aside and watches all the people of the earth as we churn like raging waters, moving to and fro following any foolish notion as we struggle in our situation. Current events are preparing us to form the beast. However, when God delivers judgment mingled with His mercy, the trumpets will sound and we will enter the Days of Awe. The world will respond by forming a coalition to resolve global events.
The Days of Awe will begin with natural catestrophic events. Then the fallen angelic beings from the bottomless pit will physically appear to us. Hollywood has more than adequately prepared us to perceive them as an alien invasion. The natural result of these events will be that the nations will no longer aim their instruments of war at one another. Instead, we will complete the formulation of an international coalition that is perceived as strong in our ultimate unity. This forms the first beast and is the One World Order. As I write this, the financial situation in the world is currently setting the stage to present the One World Order beast to all earth's inhabitants.
Satan is delighted because we have corralled ourselves and are huddled together bellowing like the lost little lambs we are. Sadly, we do not call on the name of the One that can save us. Instead, we look to ourselves believing mankind can save itself with our modern technology and incredible intellect. Almost immediately, we will realize the futility of our efforts. However, we will once again miss the opportunity for divine intervention by refusing to call upon the One that cares enough to save us. We will be in a complete state of panic ripe for deception when Satan reveals himself to us as the Messianic promise. With the exception of the pure in heart, every belief system in the world will receive him with their whole hearts and the grand delusion begins. 2 Thessalonians 2:1-11
coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. y perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie.
2 Thessalonians 2:9-11
How did we get to this point? Today, our belief systems, which fall into seven primary categories, are man's best attempt to explain the need to serve something grander than we are. God has in times past revealed Himself to us through our belief systems. Yet, it is the work of Satan to pollute these evidential truths with falsehoods making our belief systems faulty, unreliable and ineffective in delivering the Word of God. Our primary problem is that man desires religion instead of Godly relationship. Religion only requires you to do what your personal belief system demands. Relationships are always harder because they require us to consider the other individual. This global human fault allows Satan to deceive us all if God would but permit it. God puts forth great effort to call us to Himself so we will not be deceived. However, those of us that do not heed the call will fall into great deception. This includes most of the world and explains how Satan has managed to rule us through our religions.
In Revelation 12, the crowns are on the seven heads of the dragon representative of satanic influence within all the belief systems in the world since the garden. Consider for a moment that Adam and Eve knew God. They saw Him face-to-face, spoke to Him and spent time in His presence. Yet, they were deceived through human logic. Still, you say you don't believe Satan rules within the church. Have you been to a board meeting? Go to enough of them and you will witness satanic influence even upon professing Christians.
Still refuse to believe that Satan influences the body of Christ? Read Revelation 2-3 describing the constant conditions of the church. Each church is warned to prepare for deception, all but one are told to repent and all seven are admonished to overcome. If Satan doesn't rule through religion, why would God need to chastise His own regarding the deceptions prevalent almost at the very conception of the church? If that generation was vulnerable to the deceptions of Satan, what about the churches today that have acclimated their ideology through each age and compromised the Word of God by embracing doctrine that is contrary to the teachings of Christ?
The balance between church and state is a gift from God. Nations that practice balancing their belief system with their legal system are more inclined to deliver justice to all its citizenry. Mankind's purest belief systems give birth to the best legal systems. This explains why people have a hard time separating the two. A belief system is so personal to the individual that no legal system should be so all powerful that it would indiscriminately disallow the individual right of choice regarding religious matters. As a balance, no single individual's personal belief system should be allowed to interfere with the equitable application of its legal system to the total population of its citizenry.
The catastrophic changes in our planet will cause men's hearts to fail them for fear. Our extreme fears will encourage us to deny the balance between church and state. When it does, Satan will move from ruling us through our belief systems to ruling us through the laws of our lands. We will be so eager for his leadership that we will overthrow any voice of dissension. We will forsake our current legal systems especially those that stand on logic since fear overrides humanity's effort to reason in a Godly manner. When we adopt any and all of Satans commands, he will move from ruling us through the deceptions of our minds (our belief systems) to blatantly usurping man's Godly right of dominion over the planet earth. This will give him the grand opportunity to come into our midst and systemically destroy us.
Extreme actions will be taken to silence any voice that cries out to warn the leadership of our world. Most of the nations will with one voice declare all kinds of blasphemous lies encouraging mankind to believe that we can through combined human effort and determination save our planet. The planet's population will be angry with the God they never believed in and will disregard His right to rule over us by cursing His existence. Yet, we will welcome and rever Satan as this god. This period of time will require much endurance from the saints of God. Many saints will face death and prison because they deny their fears, preserve their logic and share their opinion. This too shall pass lasting for 3.5 years.
Stand strong in your faith and settle it in your heart and mind to faithfully endure until the end where you will reap a great reward. Most of mankind will refuse to trust and obey the Creator God during this time of trial; however, when they see Satan, they will perceive him to be god. The good news is that not everyone will be deceived. Don’t let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God’s temple, proclaiming himself to be God. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Turn the page and learn more about this usurper.
